• A minimum of five credits in SSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in no more than two sittings.

• 18–22 years by December 31, 2024, for SSCE or equivalent qualifications.
• 18–26 years by December 31, 2024, for applicants with higher qualifications like NCE, OND, Registered Nurse/Midwife certifications, and specialized roles such as Sportsmen/Sportswomen, Imam/Chaplain, or Drivers/Mechanics.
