Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Nuffic MENA Scholarship, you must:

- Be a citizen of Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, or Tunisia.
- Be 45 years old or younger on October 21, 2024.
- Have at least two years of work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English.
- Obtain written support from your employer to participate in the program.
- Be working in a priority area aligned with your country’s MENA Scholarship Program focus.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive a fully-funded scholarship to attend a short course in the Netherlands. Courses range from 2 to 13 weeks in duration and are taught in English or French.
Selection Process
The selection process involves two stages:
- Initial Assessment: The Hague Academy will evaluate your application based on eligibility, course relevance, motivation, and required documents.
- Country-Specific Assessment: The Dutch Embassy in your country will assess your application based on the country’s priorities.
Final scholarship recipients will be selected based on the available budget and the criteria set by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
